The Saguache County Road & Bridge Department is looking for a few volunteer weather observers in the Crestone/Baca area. These “eyes on the ground” volunteers will “see and report” on road conditions when heavy snowstorms and other inclement weather situations arise. Volunteer weather observer reporting will help us ensure that our limited resources can be routed to the areas of need, resulting in a combined effort to keep roadways passible and safe for travel.
