To get started submitting an ad, please go to the page https://crestoneeagle.org/advertisements

You’ll see several buttons with different options to select from.  Here is a brief description of each option so you can select the one that pertains the most to your business.

Create Short Term Ad –  This is for advertisers who want to run a single ad design for 1-3 months.

Create Long Term Ad  –  This is for advertisers who want to run ads for more than 3 months, including running ads indefinitely.  This option also pertains to advertisers who want to update their ad every month and submit new designs. If updating your ad every month, your first submission will be through “Create Long Term Ad”, and then your updated designs each month will be submitted through “Update My Monthly Ad”.

Non-Profit Advertisers –  This option is specifically for our non-profit advertisers.

Update My Monthly Ad  –  This option is for advertisers who already have an ad in circulation and need to submit a new design for the upcoming edition.

Create Web Advertisements –  This is for advertisers who want to feature their ad on our website. Our website averages 10k visitors per month.

Yes!  You can upgrade to either our Gold, Silver, or Bronze packages.  These packages may include additional materials that you’ll upload at the same time as you submit your ad.  All articles, photos, and designs are to be created by the advertiser in advance of purchasing the ad through our website.

Gold Package (Price of Ad + $100): Print Ad + Large Web Ad + Photo + 500 word Article + shout out on our Facebook page.  *We will use the ad design for the shout out on facebook and will link to your website.

Silver Package (Price of Ad + $40):  Print Ad + Photo + 200 word Article

Bronze Package (Price of Ad + $30):  Print Ad + Medium Web Ad

The deadline for print ads & updated monthly ads is the 16th of the month prior.

Real estate ads are due on the 22nd and can be updated using the button for Monthly Advertisers: “Update My Monthly Ad”.  

Web Ads can be submitted at any time throughout the month.

Please upload your file print ready.  

For all ads please use at least 200 DPI. You can select black & white or color on the order form.  

For print ads please double check that the dimensions of your ad design match the dimensions listed on the rate sheet below. You can also find the dimensions listed in the order form when you select price and size. Accepted file types include: .pdf , .jpg 

For web ads please double check that the dimensions of your ad design match the dimensions listed on the rate sheet below.  You can also find the dimensions listed in the order form when you select price and size. Accepted file types include: .jpg 

We have some talented local designers if you need an ad designed. You can work directly with them for all your design needs. Designs are due for the next edition of the paper by the 16th of the month prior.

If you want to order multiple months you’ll pay for the first month upfront and then you’ll receive an invoice every month after that for the next round of advertising. 

We reach the greater San Luis Valley, Colorado area including, Crestone, Alamosa, Salida & beyond!

We distribute approximately 1,500 – 2000 papers each month and have subscribers not only in Colorado, but nationally and internationally as well.  Our website traffic averages 10,000 visitors a month.

We ask that you please help us keep files organized by naming your designs to include the name of your business, the months you intend for the design to run, and the year.
