Kinney

Editor’s note: The Crestone Eagle is running all letters of support it received for county commissioner candidate Adam Kinney and incumbent Tom McCracken as of press time. They are presented in no particular order.

To the eyes that see and the ears that hear,

I’m writing this letter in support of our community and our heartfelt community leaders that are inspired to shape Crestone into the heaven that it is, to develop according to the changing times. As a long-term community member, raised from the mountains and taught to look out, preserve, and steward our environment.

Clearly, we are asking for grounded, honest leaders to promise serene, effective, and safe space for our local residents and newcomers.

Adam Kinney has been involved and has played an important role in the development of Crestone and looking deeper into the potentials. Not only has Adam brought men together to work and make a life for ourselves, his children and lovely wife bring children and mothers together. Their care and love lead the way.

The honest and integrity-based platform Adam stands on is noticed easily by the eyes that see and ears that hear. Building local business creative ideas for those lacking housing and placement. Bringing a neutral voice and ear to the many complaints and challenges that people bring up more often than not.

It is indeed a time to come to peace. We are living in one of the most blessed places I’ve been in my many travels. I refer to American complaints as I found culture shock upon returning from many countries that would love to just be in America. Let us reason upon the many perspectives and find solid ground and lightness. We are all practicing, there are few masters. Harnessing our emotion and refining our egos in hopes that we may become still so that our voices of nature can speak and help guide our community.

I write this letter to voice my support in electing Adam Kinney for county commissioner. I see Adam understands many aspects others may not pay as much attention to. Suited for success.

Thank you for taking the time to read, we are grateful to be in the discussion of community and who and how can most effectively build safe, sustainable solutions.

I stand for Adam as county commissioner!

Sincerely,

Juniper Urieh
