To the editor

I would like to express my support for Adam Kinney in his candidacy for County Commissioner, District 1. I currently represent our Moffat Consolidated District #2 School Board and am a business owner in the Town of Crestone.

Leadership in our communities comes with challenges and I am passionate about our future. I feel that I can best serve our community by building a future for our schools, parents, and children. I feel that Adam can best serve our community as a future leader and county commissioner.

Adam is one of those leaders that has a great commitment to making that future better for all of us. In my conversations with Adam, he looks at county-wide solutions, bringing all of our diverse communities together.  He has 20 years of experience in government, committee leadership, community outreach, and inclusion. I personally like his responsiveness and openness to feedback and ideas.

He cares about the same topics we all converse about all the time. He is a non-biased problem solver. He is honest, authentic, and tells it like it is. When you get a chance, talk with Adam; he is easy to approach.

I am asking you to join me and support all of our future needs and support Adam as a future leader that has real solutions for all of us.

Michael Booth
