I must agree with Beth Kinney’s Gun Safety letter in the Valley Courier’s April 3, 2024 issue. Being a proponent of the Constitution of the United States, I believe its authors intended a purposeful interpretation of its words. As times change in America, so can the document make accommodations. Many constitutional enthusiasts consider this document as living, that it can adapt to the changes America encounters.
